CONTINUITY
Civilization + Environment
Across time and cultures, environments that endure are shaped by the same governing principles.
Human civilization and the natural environment exist as an interrelated system. The built world records their continuous negotiation, through which each shapes the limits and possibilities of the other.
Our work examines the spatial logic underlying cities, housing systems, terrain, architecture, and human settlement — revealing how the world’s most resilient structures and environments absorb change over time without losing their integrity.
This approach is grounded in a formal methodology derived from the earliest traditions of Classical Feng Shui.
