Jessennia’s career began in 2005, managing accounts and business portfolios for one of the nation’s top financial institutions, Capital One Bank. As a top-producing sales agent, she earned recognition for her exceptional customer service, community impact, and innovative solutions, empowering local residents and business owners—particularly during the 2008 housing crisis. Her efforts strengthened communities and shaped financial resilience in the face of economic challenges.

In 2014, she transitioned her financial acumen into the world of luxury real estate, joining Citi Habitats New Developments, a division of The Corcoran Group. As a key member of the new development team, Jessennia contributed to iconic projects such as No.3 Packard Square during Long Island City’s transformation and Two Sutton Place North, one of NYC’s most architecturally distinguished skyscrapers.

Later, she played a pivotal role in the multi-award-winning nonprofit Breaking Ground, leading marketing, lease-ups, and compliance for renowned projects like EŌS NoMad, VIA 57 West, The American Copper, The Eugene, The Mason, and more. Her collaborations with developers, architects, and industry leaders reflect her deep understanding of the art and science of urban living.
